The Department of State Pakistan reciprocity page states that an FRC may be requested to include details of an individual’s spouse and children.
Why it may be required
It may be used as NADRA-based evidence of a marital family composition. Whether a consular officer or NVC asks for it depends on the case and official instructions. It is not automatically required for every married applicant.
Who normally needs it
Married applicants who need NADRA family-composition evidence listing a spouse and children, when that evidence is relevant to the civil-document instructions they received.
Where Pakistani applicants can obtain it
NADRA, via the official channels published at nadra.gov.pk.
General application process
Request an FRC that includes spouse and children through NADRA’s current process. Confirm steps, biometrics, and fees on the official NADRA site.
Common documents required
Each included family member must be registered with NADRA and have a valid 13-digit identification number, according to the Department of State reciprocity page.
