Use this if you have a USCIS receipt number for a petition or application filed with USCIS (for example Form I-130).
What you will need: Your 13-character USCIS receipt number from a USCIS notice (often starts with letters such as IOE, EAC, WAC, LIN, SRC, NBC, or MSC).
Use this after NVC creates your immigrant visa case and sends a Welcome Letter. CEAC is where you view NVC messages, fees, DS-260 progress, and document status for Embassy Islamabad cases.
What you will need: Your NVC case number and invoice ID from the official NVC Welcome Letter. Enter them only on the official CEAC site.
