The Department of State Pakistan reciprocity page states that an FRC may be requested to include details of an individual’s parents and siblings.
Why it may be required
It may serve as alternate civil evidence of parentage and sibling relationships when a birth registration certificate is being supplemented or replaced as described on the reciprocity page.

Applicants who need NADRA evidence of parents and siblings. Not every applicant is told to obtain this specific FRC type.
